Say about the thai proverb, which use for long time and the proverb was created by someone, it's appropriate for this period too.
The Thai proverb: กิ่งทองใบหยก means it's really suitable for the nice couple. Meanwhile, I ever heard someone said "ผีเน่ากะโลงผุ", which means it's really suitable for the bad couple. I think it's right because some bad couples can't use the good proverb.
